Our supporters are amazing

Without them we would not manage to raise the £6.1m a year we need to fund patient care.

We are incredibly grateful to our commissioners who provide approximately £2m of the £6.1m we need, but the remainder comes from the generous people like you doing wonderful things for patient care.

Every 24 hours our nurses, doctors, counsellors, social workers and therapists provide outstanding care for people in our local community and at our In-Patient Unit who are living with a life limiting illness. Through a multitude of services we provide a warm welcoming and life-affirming environment where patients, family and friends can receive a holistic approach to their treatment and care. This means we provide care for their illness but also offer vital practical, emotional and social support.

Your fundraising will allow us to continue to deliver our services and help patients and their families receive the support they need through a challenging and difficult time.

Wow! I have won the Saint Catherine’s lottery. I choose to do the Saint Catherine’s lottery rather than the National Lottery as it is local and supports local people and their families. I became more aware of the wonderful work of Saint Catherine’s when my Mum (who along with my Dad was a supporter), spent her last couple of days there. She was well looked after – we all were – & I’ve since been keen to help raise funds. I wish there were more beds so that my Mum could’ve gone there sooner.
